Job DescriptionHealthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc.
is looking for Registered Nurse (RN) to work in a skilled nursing facility in Fairmont, WV.
A successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as an RN and will be able to meet submission and compliance deadlines as positions are limited and submission timelines are approaching.

$45/hour Standard, $48/hour Travel ($38/hour

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in an acute psychiatric care facility or other assigned areasOversee the work of less experienced Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)Participate in Treatment Team Meetings to develop Individualized Treatment Plans, direct consultations, and collaborate with other disciplinesAdminister medications as prescribed by treating physiciansEnsure timely documentation in patients' Electronic Medical RecordsHandle and oversee all medical-related emergenciesCommunicate with physicians to coordinate patient care regimensProvide testimony in court and commitment hearings when necessaryRespond to inquiries from family members, advocates, and other interested parties while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulationsDeliver all services in accordance with applicable standards of care
