We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Bank Secrecy Act Officer to join our financial institution.
The ideal candidate will oversee and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other anti-money laundering regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain BSA/AML compliance programs - Conduct ongoing monitoring for suspicious activities and transactions - Prepare and submit regulatory reports in adherence to BSA requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance BSA/AML policies and procedures - Stay updated on regulatory changes and provide training to staff on compliance matters
Experience:
