Administrative Reports to:
Location Manager and Controller Purpose:
Recruiting - Onboarding - Training - Retaining Attracts, trains, and retains talent and effectively engages department personnel.
Assists with the compliance of all personnel policies and procedures as well as ensures the company is compliant with all State and Federal Employment Laws including filing and confidentiality.
Supports the business in achieving goals through productive and engaged employees.
Responsibilities:
Manages the recruiting and new hire efforts for the organization including performing interviews, scheduling interviews for managers, assisting with the candidate selection processes, filing paperwork, and ensuring new hires complete required paperwork.
Manages certain employee files by keeping them current, organized, in compliance with regulations, and maintaining proper confidentiality of the information Handles the onboarding process and performs training during new employee orientation Administers all training for the company - works with managers to develop training paths, schedules training, and conducts training as needed Assists in administering employee engagement programs which may include recognition Administers workers compensation processes All other duties as assigned Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

years experience in Human Resources activities Strong computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office products General knowledge of employment laws, policies, and regulations Ability to use database software and human resources computer application systems Understanding of confidentiality Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred Job Types:
